Jesse Wolford

I have had many struggles in my life. I was born with cerebral palsy weighing 2 lbs. I had some physical and mental delays while growing up which had its challenges. "My mother told me that I may do some things differently and a little slower than other kids but that doesn't give you an excuse to not try and give a less than average effort". She taught me that nobody determines how hard you work and the effort you give. "The only person that determines that is me and those are 2 things that are always in my control so with those philosophies in mind I give maximum effort in everything that I do! The only person I compete with is myself and I try to make myself at least 1% better than the day I was before in all aspects of my life! Thank you for taking the time out of your busy life to learn more about me. I look forward to helping you reach your fitness goals!
